Insert growth capsules
The GrowOff capsules are pre-seeded and covered with a growing film that helps the seeds germinate. When the capsule is inserted, the system recognizes the crop and begins watering the correct amount.
Peel off the film
When the seeds have germinated for 3-5 days, it is time to remove the growing film. We will give you instructions on how and when in our app and through a light on the shelf in the cabinet.
Harvest your vegetables
After 20-50 days (depending on the type of crop) it's time for the best part: Harvesting! Enjoy your own fresh herbs, salads and flowers.

1. Insert the cassette
Each cassette contains 10 pre-seeded plant pods covered with a growing film that helps the seeds germinate. When the pod is inserted, the system recognizes the crop and automatically controls light, water and nutrients. The plants get exactly what they need to grow quickly and evenly.
2. Peel off the growing film
When the seeds have germinated for 1-3 days, it is time to remove the growing film. We will give you instructions on how and when in our app.
3. Time to harvest!

GREEN ONE
You can grow almost anything in Grönska ONE. Choose from our over 40 plants that come ready-made in growing cassettes – or grow your own favorites from scratch.
Thanks to the FlexGrid shelving system, the cabinet can be adapted to your needs, and both lighting and irrigation can be programmed for each crop.
With our germination cassettes, cultivation is easy:
Insert the cultivation cassettes you have ordered from us.
After a few days – when the app tells you to – you remove the plastic film on top of each cassette when the seeds have germinated.
After a few weeks – when the app notifies – it's time to harvest and enjoy.

When Grönska ONE is fully used, it consumes (per day):
4 liters of water – about the same amount as a 15-second shower.
4.7 kWh of electricity – equivalent to a tumble dryer.To grow approximately 150 plants per month (depending on crop and harvest time), the following are also used:

Our selected transport company delivers your Grönska ONE SIF to you. You simply connect it to water and electricity, and depending on the location, the cabinet is connected to the network via WiFi or 4G. We will help you either via video or on site. Then all you have to do is put in the cassettes and start growing!

No, we use a pure growing substrate made of coconut fibers – a waste product that is safe to use in kitchen environments.
The first growing trays are ordered together with Grönska ONE. We then set up a subscription that ensures you always have access to fresh greens.

Our growing pods can be stored for up to six months. The pre-sown plants we send you are completely dry, allowing you to use them when it suits you, plan your production and reduce waste.

With Grönska ONE you grow crops that use up to 95% less water than traditional farming. At the same time, you reduce your CO₂ footprint through shorter transport times – the growing cassettes are significantly smaller and easier to transport than live plants.
Thanks to the cabinet's high energy efficiency, emissions are also reduced by 39–67% compared to a high-tech greenhouse.
Grönska ONE has the capacity to grow 120 normal-sized plants at the same time (approx. 40g) on 4 modular shelves with space for 30 plants per shelf. The cabinet is adapted to be able to grow different plants per shelf.
Grönska ONE can be used both with and without our pre-seeded growing trays.
Our pre-sown trays have 10 pre-sown plants per tray. When you first insert the tray, the cabinet recognizes which crops are on the growing tray and optimizes light, water and nutrition for each growing tray. After a few days, the cabinet will ask you to remove the seed film that is on each tray. After that, all you have to do is wait for the harvest.
